Guest access
You will have access to the entire house (2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 1 bath), the backyard and patio, exclusive access to the driveway, and laundry access in the garage.
Other things to note
There is a back house on the property that is rented to a long term tenant, a young man. He is barely there – you may only see him in passing if he is coming or going. He only has access to his back house and the garage which is a shared laundry space. He utilizes street parking only – so the driveway will always be empty for you.
